1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing origindigitalhub.com or contracting our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access our digital properties.

2. Intellectual Property

The website, its original content, features, custom UI/UX designs, and functionality are owned by Origin Digital Hub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Scraping or copying our code is strictly prohibited.

3. Service Deliverables

Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment structures for Business Architecture, ERP implementation, or Marketing systems will be defined in a separate, formal Master Service Agreement (MSA) signed by both parties prior to project commencement.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Origin Digital Hub, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
